PAYMENT METHOD

Kindly send the proof of payment to wobic.introp@upm.edu.my, registration, and participation will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Please find below our payment mode details:

 

OPTION 1

CREDIT / DEBIT CARD

Payment by credit or debit card via UPM Payment Gateway.

OPTION 2

VOT TRANSFER

Vot transfer / Local Order (LO) / Purchase Order (PO)

Invoice will be issued for LO/PO.

Option 1 Guidelines: 

  1. Please visit Paygate UPM.

  2. Click at 'Make Payment' (Green Tab)

  3. Search for the drop down menu for 'Payment For', please select the title 'WOBIC2021'.

  4. Please complete your personal info at the space provided (Compulsory).

  5. Please complete the 'Details' with info on type of participant (Compulsory)

  6. Fill in the amount of service charge based on the schedule.

  7. Select 'Pay'.

  8. Print a copy of payment receipt and forward a copy of it to wobic.introp@upm.edu.my

 

Note:
Payment should be made before 31 September 2021. The organizer reserves the right to refrain registered participants from taking part in the event if payment is not paid prior to the event date or no proof of payment.

Cancellation policy:

  1. Payment made is NOT refundable. However, a substitute or replacement of registration is acceptable. Please inform the secretariat immediately for any changes.

  2. Paid registration fee is not refundable for the failure of obtaining VISA.
